"พี่ๆ อ่านนิทานให้หนูฟังอีก"

ดิฉันได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งแรก รู้สึกดีใจมากที่ได้มีโอกาสทำสิ่งดีๆให้กับผู้อื่นโดยเฉพาะกับเด็กๆที่กำพร้า กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ ทำให้ดิฉันเข้าใจ และรับรู้ถึงความรู้สึกบางอย่างของเด็กๆ แม้ว่าเด็กๆไม่ได้พูดออกมาก็ตาม ตอนแรกที่เจอกับน้องๆ ดิฉันรู้สึกสงสารพวกเขาที่ลองย้อนนึกว่าถ้าเป็นเราเองอยู่ในจุดนั้น เราจะรู้สึกอย่างไร แต่น้องๆดูร่าเริงดี

ตอนแรกน้องๆไม่กล้าพูด ถามคำตอบคำ เราเองก็พยายามหาเรื่องคุยไปเรื่อยๆ ผ่านไปสักพัก น้องๆก็เริ่มชิน และพูดคุยกับเรามากขึ้น จนถึงขั้นที่เรานั่งอยู่ดีๆ น้องก็วิ่งมาขี่คอเรา

ดิฉันได้มีโอกาสอ่านหนังสือให้น้องฟังเป็นครั้งแรก รู้สึกตื่นเต้นและมีกังวลบ้าง กลัวว่าน้องๆไม่อยากฟัง แต่พอถึงเวลาจริงๆ น้องฟังตั้งใจมาก อ่านจบ น้องก็ยื่นหนังสือเล่มใหม่มาเรื่อยๆ จำได้ว่าอ่านไป 4-5 เล่ม ให้น้องคนนั้นคนเดียว เพราะน้องอยากฟัง ขนาดเราถามว่าอยากไปเล่นข้างนอกไหม น้องก็ตอบมาว่า ไม่เอา อยากฟังนิทาน จนเราเองที่เหนื่อย

แต่เราเห็นได้ว่า น้องๆปรับตัวเข้าหาเราเร็วมาก จนเราตกใจ เพราะเมื่อกี้ยังเงียบๆอยู่เลย สักพักเริ่มยิ้มแย้มสดใส และคลุกคลีกับเราเรื่อยๆ พอถึงเวลาที่พวกเราจะกลับ น้องๆเอ่ยปากออกมาว่า ไม่เอา ไม่ให้กลับ อยากให้อยู่ต่อ พรุ่งนี้มาอีก คำพูดต่างๆที่น้องๆพูดออกมา ทำให้เราสตั้นเลย สงสารน้อง เห็นใจน้องมาก พอขึ้นรถ น้องๆก็จะมาล้อมรอบรถและพูดว่ามาอีกๆ บ๊าย บาย ๆๆ สารพัด

เมื่อรถออก น้องๆก็วิ่งตามรถจนถึงรั้วหมู่บ้าน ทำเอาพี่ๆหลายคนน้ำตาซึมกันเลยที่เดียว

สุดท้ายอยากขอบคุณอาจารย์ที่จัดกิจกรรมดีๆแบบนี้ และอยากขอบคุณน้องๆ ที่เปิดใจรับพี่ๆ น้องๆไม่ได้เป็นเด็กเกเรเลย น้องๆน่ารักกับพี่ๆมาก ถ้ามีโอกาส ดิฉันจะไปอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

ในการทำกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ดิฉันมีความสุขมาก ตั้งแต่ที่ดิฉันได้ไปหาน้องๆที่หมู่บ้านโสสะ ดิฉันมีความรู้สึกหลากหลายที่เกิดขึ้นกับตัวเอง ทั้งรู้สึกอบอุ่น และรู้สึกเหงา ภาพแรกที่ดิฉันเห็นคือ รอยยิ้มของน้องๆ ซึ่งทั้งๆที่พวกเรายังไม่ทันได้เริ่มทำกิจกรรมกับน้องๆทั้งๆที่น้องๆเดินมายังไม่ถึงพวกเราด้วยซ้ำ 

แต่น้องๆก็ส่งรอยยิ้ม แววตาแห่งความสุข สนุกสนานมาให้กับพวกเรา และเมื่อพวกเราเริ่มทำกิจกรรม น้องๆก็จะมีการเริ่มพูดคุยกันมากขึ้น และกล้าที่จะพูดกับพวกเรามากขึ้นจนทำให้เด็กๆ สนิทกับพวกเรามากภายในช่วงสั้นๆ

การที่ได้ชวนน้องๆเล่น และทำกิจกรรมกับน้องๆ มันสามารถทำให้เราลืมเรื่องราวที่เราเครียดต่างๆได้ และทำให้เราสนุกกับกิจกรรมนั้นๆ และหัวเราะไปพร้อมๆกับน้องได้เลย จากการสังเกตดูน้องๆในขณะที่ทำกิจกรรม ทำให้ดิฉันรู้ได้เลยว่าน้องๆ มีความสุขมากแค่ไหนที่เราได้ไปทำกิจกรรมในที่แห่งนั้น

เมื่อเกือบจะได้เวลาที่พวกเราต้องกลับ น้องๆก็จะพูดกับพวกเราว่า “พี่ไม่กลับได้มั๊ย” “พรุ่งนี้พี่มาอีกนะ” “ถ้าพี่มาอีกพวกเราจะวิ่งมากอดพวกพี่เลย” ซึ่งคำพูดเหล่านี้ทำให้ดิฉันทั้งรู้สึกมีความสุขและเศร้าในเวลาเดียวกัน 

เมื่อพวกเราขึ้นรถกลับ น้องๆหลายคนก็วิ่งมาส่งพวกเราที่หน้าประตู และไปยืนอยู่ที่รั้วเพื่อที่จะได้เห็นพวกเราอีกครั้งแม้มันจะแค่แป๊บเดียวก็ตาม ซึ่งการทำกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ทำให้ดิฉันรู้เลยว่าการที่เราให้ความสุขกับผู้อื่นโดยไม่หวังผล เราจะได้กลับมามากกว่าหลายเท่ามาก

กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ทำให้ดิฉันรู้ว่าดิฉันชอบและสามารถทำกิจกรรมแบบนี้หรือทำงานจิตอาสาอื่นๆได้มากมายมากขึ้น การทำกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ทำให้ฉันรักในการทำกิจกรรมและอยากที่จะทำมันให้ดีที่สุด
และทำมันให้กับคนอื่นๆอีกหลายๆคนมากขึ้นไปอีก

ดิฉันเชื่อว่าการทำกิจกรรมอาสาสามารถทำให้คนๆหนึ่งกล้าที่จะทำ กล้าที่จะเริ่มต้น และกล้าที่จะตัดสินใจมากขึ้นอย่างแน่นอนค่ะ

Intercultural Expedition Camp: big event in my Thailand life

I'm 邹才琼(ZouCaiqiong) and my Thai name is ทับทิม(Tubtim). I'm so happy and thanks that Ajan Nok invited we, six Chinese students, to join in the intercultural expedition camp. This 3-day camp is really a big event in my Thailand life.

On the first day, we made some desserts, made pure natural shampoo and made pottery together in Phatthalung during our way to Trang province. I knew that the desserts are the traditional desserts of south Thailand but I didn't know if the shampoo and the pottery are the traditional product or not of Phatthalung or south Thailand, but it was really fun to make it with all the new friends. When we got to a natural park, Joseph asked us what culture is and showed us the cultural iceberg. I really liked this kind of discussion. Everyone could voice out his opinions and got some new ideas and explored some new cultures. As we all know, the night market is a part of Thai culture. So it was a must for us to go the night market. Some food's taste is really special.

The second day we ate some food which was named dimsum for breakfast. What I knew before was it looks similar to a kind of food in Guangdong, a province in China but I didn't know what Thai people called that food before I came to Trang. And that day, I figured out that the pronunciation dimsum is really similar to Cantonese. A Thai friend told me that it is because some Chinese moved to Trang and brought the food dimsum to there. After eating breakfast, we moved on, there were so many funny games that day. Our views were spoken out in English regardless of the grammar. Through these games in day time and the shows at night, we not only explored the foreign culture but also reflected our own.

And the third day, we hang out to the waterfall, that day we also separated into several groups to talk about culture. It just felt like we were talking with the old friends after just two days later. When I came back to school after this camp, I couldn't stop speaking in English with my roommates and I made the decision that I would insist on learning English and Thai at the same time.

In a word, it was a very precious memory. I love you all guys!

Gen A พลังงานอ่านเปลี่ยนเมือง: รักการอ่านเริ่มได้จากจุดเล็กๆ

                จากการได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Gen A  พลังอ่านเปลี่ยนเมืองที่โรงเรียนวัดท้ายยอทั้งสองครั้ง ทำให้ดิฉันได้รับประสบการณ์ดีๆมากมายที่แฝงอยู่ภายในกิจกรรมนี้ กิจกรรมการอ่านมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อปลูกฝังนิสัยรักการอ่านให้แก่น้องๆ และกิจกรรมถือเป็นตัวเชื่อมที่ทำให้นิสิตได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งกับชุมชน ได้เข้าไปเก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์ที่หาไม่ได้จากในห้องเรียน

 กิจกรรมครั้งแรก ( 11 มค. 60) ที่ดิฉันไปนั้นเป็นกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับการเขียนโปสการ์ด โดยจับคู่กับน้องนักเรียนชั้น ป.6 จากการพูดคุยกันสั้นๆพบว่าน้องไม่เคยอ่านหนังสือในห้องสมุดเลย จึงไม่รู้ว่าตนเองชอบอ่านหนังสือแนวไหน ดิฉันจึงลองแนะนำให้น้องไปหาหนังสือที่ตนเองสนใจสักเล่ม มีเนื้อเรื่องสั้นๆก็ได้ แล้วลองอ่านเนื้อหาก่อนว่าตัวเองชอบมั้ย ถ้าชอบก็เอามาเขียนในโปสการ์ดกันได้เลย 

น้องตั้งใจอ่านหนังสือจนจบและเขียนแนะนำหนังสือลงไปในโปสการ์ด แถมยังวาดรูปหน้าปกหนังสือลงไปด้วยโดยมีเพื่อนๆมานั่งให้กำลังใจ จากนั้นก็นำโปสการ์ดมาแลกกันดู ซึ่งดิฉันรู้สึกดีใจมากที่ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการชักชวนน้องมาอ่านหนังสือ เพราะดิฉันมองว่าไม่ว่าจะเป็นหนังสือประเภทไหนก็ล้วนแต่ส่งเสริมการอ่านทั้งนั้น หากวันนี้น้องได้ลองอ่านหนังสือ 1 เล่ม ในวันต่อๆไปน้องอาจจะเริ่มอ่านต่อไปเรื่อยๆก็ได้ และในกิจกรรมครั้งที่สองดิฉันก็ตั้งใจมาเจอกับน้องๆอีกครั้ง ซึ่งน้องๆก็จำได้และดูกล้าพูดคุยกันมากขึ้น 

กิจกรรมครั้งที่สอง (1 กพ. 60) เป็นการจับคู่สุภาษิต คำพังเพยและความหมาย ถึงแม้กิจกรรมจะวุ่นวายไปบ้าง แต่ก็ได้เห็นถึงความตั้งใจของน้องๆ ที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมมากๆค่ะ ถึงแม้น้องบางคนจะอ่านคำบางคำไม่ออก แต่ก็พยายามช่วยกันสะกด และเมื่อให้บอกความหมายน้องๆก็พยายามอธิบายและตั้งใจฟังเวลาที่เราอธิบายเพิ่มเติมกลับไปค่ะ และตอนเล่นเกมน้องๆก็จะช่วยกันคิดและหันมาถามความคิดเห็นของเราว่าถูกต้องรึเปล่า และกระตือรือร้น กล้าที่จะออกไปข้างหน้าเพื่อแก้คำให้ถูกต้อง และเมื่อตัวเองตอบคำถามถูกต้องแล้วก็ยังมาช่วยเพื่อนๆต่อ ทำให้กิจกรรมสนุกสนานมากยิ่งขึ้น

                ก่อนจะกลับน้องๆบอกว่าอยากให้พวกพี่ๆมาอีก สำหรับดิฉันถือว่าเป็นผลตอบรับที่ดีมากนะคะ เพราะแสดงให้เห็นว่าน้องๆมีความสุขกับกิจกรรมที่ทางเรามอบให้ และสุดท้ายนี้ดิฉันต้องขอขอบคุณอาจารย์นกสำหรับกิจกรรม Gen A พลังอ่านเปลี่ยนเมือง ที่นอกจากจะสร้างนิสัยรักการอ่านให้น้องๆแล้ว ยังเป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้พี่ๆได้ทำกิจกรรมจิตอาสาที่หลากหลายและถือเป็นการปลูกฝังการรักการอ่านไปในตัวเช่นเดียวกันกับน้องๆ 

ขอขอบคุณน้อง ศศ.บ. ภาษาอังกฤษชั้นปีที่ 2 ที่เป็นแกนนำในการจัดกิจกรรมวันนี้มากๆนะคะ น้องๆเป็นแกนนำที่ตั้งใจทำงาน น่ารักและเป็นกันเองมากๆเลยค่ะ

Intercultural Expedition Camp: Ivy

From January 27 -29, totally 3 days,we spent our times together at ตรัง, those days will be one of the most fantastic memories in my life, I'm sure.

Heard that this camp is the first time. "Intercultural Expedition Camp". And we can get some information from the name.

"Intercultural" means cultures between different countries if i'm not wrong. Yeah, sure I have experienced about the cultures.

And how about the "Expedition"? Oh my gosh~ That undoubtedly was an fantastic Expedition! We walk, walk in the botanical garden, we walk on the beach, we also run, run to the sea, run to the target for our team. Sure, we not only walk , we depend on our bus as well. The bus takes us from a destination to another destination.

What is a "Camp"? In my opinion, a camp must be made up from different people. The "Different"not only means it differ us from the nationality or the skin, it also means that we are different in our characters and the hobbies. And at this camp,I feel so lucky that I achieve my dream, a dream that make friends with some different guys. They are so nice by the way.

When it comes to what I have learned from this camp, I can tell you that i learn a lot. Not only the improvement on my spoken English or have lots of fun, bur especially the teamwork and our friendship. Even though we haven't get along for a long time, but we love each other, what an amazing matter that we can meet and talk about our ideas together! In addition, we only hand on a little money but we can enjoy so much!
